A substantial first storey extension built perpendicular to the existing farmhouse incorporating a large en-suite master bedroom together with downstairs family bathroom and substantial utility room.

The existing kitchen was also extended by the addition of a single storey section.

Whilst the work was proceeding, the house owner asked for the old roof to be retiled and the house gables to be re-rendered.

Work was carried out quickly and efficiently going from groundworks to roof on in only a few weeks.
